Summary

Today I lead product at SalesHood, driving its evolution into an agentic, AI-native platform. Along the way I've taken multiple products from 0 to 1 across EdTech and Revenue Enablement, shipped applied AI years before it became table stakes, opened platforms to integrations and AI agents, and reshaped how product teams operate — reorganizing role-based, waterfall teams into cross-functional agile squads. At the start, though, I wasn't in product at all — I was recruiting for it. After hundreds of conversations with PMs and the executives who hire them, I decided to build the career instead of staffing it.

SalesHood

The Agentic AI Revenue Enablement Platform

Group Product Manager

2026 — Present

  • Established and executed the roadmap repositioning SalesHood as an agentic, AI-native platform.
  • Launched an MCP server, opening the platform to AI agents.
  • Built the foundation for trustworthy AI: a suite of AI evals and internal tooling to control agentic capabilities across the system.
  • Co-championed a Team OS — a shared agentic operating system of workflows and tooling built in Claude Code — now used across Product, Engineering, Support, and QA.
  • Grew the product org, hiring PMs to scale the team alongside the platform.

Senior Product Manager

2020 — 2026

  • Took two core platform products — Client Sites and Pages — from 0 to 1, owning each from concept through launch.
  • Took AI Pitch Practice and AI Role Play from 0 to 1 — the platform's flagship AI coaching products.
  • Launched a customer-facing API, opening the platform to integrations.
  • Drove the reorganization of product development from role-based teams and a waterfall model into cross-functional agile squads, each owning a product pillar.

2018 — 2020

GoEducate

Education-to-employment platform connecting students and job seekers with career pathways and local employers.

Product Manager

  • Owned the full product lifecycle from day one of my first PM role — took the inherited Guided Pathways and Student Resource Management products to launch, then built the Hubs product from 0 to 1.
  • Integrated AI into the platform to automatically extract courses from college course catalogs — shipping applied AI years before it became table stakes.
  • Established repeatable processes for a 30-person product development team of designers, engineers, and QA, driving operational efficiency across the organization.
  • Worked both ends of the customer spectrum: presented and demoed in person to leaders of U.S. state education systems, and ran student focus groups to make sure the products truly served the people using them.

Recruiter - Software Product Managers

I started my career recruiting product managers. After hundreds of conversations with PM candidates and the leaders hiring them, I discovered the craft from both sides of the table — and decided to make product management my own career.
